How much does a coffee cart cost to hire?
Coffee cart pricing depends on guest count, service hours, menu complexity, and event location. Most coffee cart bookings range from $600 to $4,000+. Submit the form above and we’ll send a personalized coffee cart quote within 24 hours with transparent pricing.
How far in advance should I book the coffee cart?
We recommend booking your coffee cart four to eight weeks ahead for weddings and two to four weeks for corporate events. Peak season (May through October) books quickly, so reach out as early as possible. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice based on coffee cart availability.
What does a coffee cart booking include?
Every coffee cart booking includes the cart itself, professional baristas, all coffee, espresso, milk, syrups, custom cups, menu signage, and complete setup and breakdown. We bring everything needed to run a premium coffee experience at your venue.
What areas does your coffee cart serve?
Our coffee cart is based in Fresno and primarily serves the Central Valley, including Clovis, Madera, Visalia, Hanford, Tulare, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Kingsburg, Kerman, Merced, Los Banos, Porterville, and Lemoore. For select events we travel further throughout California. Travel fees, if any, are quoted upfront.
What drinks can the coffee cart serve?
Our coffee cart offers a full espresso menu including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, macchiatos, brown sugar lattes, cookie butter lattes, cinnamon bliss lattes, and iced versions of every drink. Hot chocolate, hot tea, and seasonal signature beverages are also available.
How much space does the coffee cart need?
Our coffee cart typically needs an eight by ten foot footprint with access to a standard electrical outlet. For outdoor events without power access, the coffee cart can operate from battery for a small additional fee. We’ll work with your venue layout.
Is the coffee cart fully insured?
Yes. Our coffee cart is fully licensed and insured for events throughout California, including general liability coverage. Venues that require a certificate of insurance can request one through your event coordinator.
Can the coffee cart serve non coffee drinks?
Absolutely. The coffee cart can serve hot tea, hot chocolate, iced tea, lemonade infusions, and custom non coffee signature drinks. Let us know your guest preferences and we’ll build a menu that has something for everyone.
