What to Know
How far in advance should I book coffee catering?
We recommend booking four to eight weeks in advance for weddings and two to four weeks for corporate events. Peak wedding season (May through October) books quickly, so earlier is always better. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice based on availability.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Fresno and primarily serve the Central Valley — Clovis, Madera, Visalia, Hanford, Tulare, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Kingsburg, Kerman, Merced, Los Banos, Porterville, Lemoore, and surrounding cities. For select events we also travel further throughout California. Just tell us where your event is and we’ll let you know if we can make it work, including any travel fees upfront.
What’s included in your coffee catering service?
Every package includes professional baristas, all coffee, espresso, milk, syrups, custom cups with optional branding, full menu signage, and complete event coverage including setup and breakdown. We bring everything needed to create a premium coffee experience.
What drinks can your baristas make?
Our full espresso menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, macchiatos, brown sugar lattes, cookie butter lattes, cinnamon bliss lattes, and iced versions of every drink. We also offer hot chocolate, signature seasonal specials, and custom drinks designed around your event theme.
Do you offer non-dairy and dietary options?
Yes. We offer oat milk and whole milk as standard, with almond milk available on request. Sugar-free syrups, decaf espresso, and hot tea options are also available so every guest has a great drink choice.
How much space does your mobile espresso bar need?
We typically need approximately eight by ten feet of space with access to a standard electrical outlet. For outdoor events without power access, we can operate from battery for a small additional fee. We’re flexible and will work with your venue layout.
How much does coffee catering cost?
